At first we faced a problem in telephony, the calls didnt enter the system correctly.
Initially, it was planned to record all incoming applications but in the end we encountered many identical duplicates.
Fortunately, we found Fenix in time.
They helped us solve absolutely all problems, answered all questions.

They put the applications in order, there is no more confusion.
We ll continue working in the system because we are content with the system itself.
